Three gorgeous children weren’t enough for her so she thought she’d adopt a whole business – that’s fine with us! Every week, Simona opens her magic bag and gets out homemade cakes, sweets, biscuits, chocolates and mini pizzas and four extra kilos for each of us. Ohhh, It’s great to be spoilt!?
She loves animals and cycling, not necessarily in that order, and she has the golden touch for sure because as well as being fantastic baker she is the creator of all InKside products.
Simona is creative and full of sunshine – an important part of the InKside team, even though – and keep it to yourself – we would prefer her to feed us up on cake.
